Hulk Hogan joins TNA Wrestling

Wrestling's biggest star, Hulk Hogan, signed a contract with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling. It was announced earlier today at a press conference at Madison Square Garden, in New York City.

The press conference had been public information for a week or two, but everybody figured it was just a photo op for the Hulkster's new book, "My Life Outside the Ring," which will be released soon.

There's no word yet on what this means for TNA, or what Hulk Hogan's role will be with the company. What is known is that Eric Bischoff, former Vice President of WCW, will also be joining the company. He won't have any say over the day-to-day operations of the company, but rather, he will be using his production company, Bischoff-Hervey productions to help TNA get additional television exposure.
